The Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) is the designated Data Protection Authority of Zimbabwe. According to Section 20(6) of the CDPA, POTRAZ has a legal obligation to come up with guidelines that provide for the qualifications and functions of Data Protection Officers. These repeal POTRAZ Regulatory Notice 1 of 2022.
