tablet_text_alignment=&#8221;default&#8221; phone_text_alignment=&#8221;default&#8221; column_border_width=&#8221;none&#8221; column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; bg_image_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][vc_column_text]The Licensee is authorised by this license to construct, operate, develop, extend, and maintain a public data and internet access network here referred to as the data and internet backbone that shall comprise;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the national data and internet service;<\/li>\n<li>the international data and internet service;<\/li>\n<li>the local access data and internet service;<\/li>\n<li>the internet content service;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The Licensee is allowed to carry voice as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), after approval of the network and numbering by the Authority.<\/li>\n<li>The licensed Internet Access Provider may provide internet service provider (ISP) services.<\/li>\n<li>The licensee shall provide the service twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days, (24&#215;7), for the duration of the license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221; full_screen_row_position=&#8221;middle&#8221; column_margin=&#8221;default&#8221; column_direction=&#8221;default&#8221; column_direction_tablet=&#8221;default&#8221; column_direction_phone=&#8221;default&#8221; scene_position=&#8221;center&#8221; text_color=&#8221;dark&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; row_border_radius=&#8221;none&#8221; row_border_radius_applies=&#8221;bg&#8221; overlay_strength=&#8221;0.3&#8243; font-family: -webkit-standard;\">Other fees<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Number fees<\/strong><br \/>\nThe licensee shall pay, in advance, an annual number usage fee for services that require the use of a public numbering scheme like Voive over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Telephony.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spectrum fees<\/strong><br \/>\nThe licensee shall pay, in advance, an annual frequency usage fee for services that require the use of the radio spectrum at the rate prescribed by the Authority.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Accent-Color&#8221;
