The Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) is the statutory body created and empowered to regulate the telecommunications industry in Zimbabwe in terms of sections 3 and 4 of the Telecommunications Act [Chapter 12:05] of Zimbabwe.

To be an effective and efficient world class regulator of the Postal and Telecommunication sector in Zimbabwe.

OUR MISSION

To regulate the Postal and Telecommunication sector in an impartial and transparent manner which promotes and protects stakeholders interests, optimizes the use of scarce national resources ensure reliability, affordability and universal access of Postal and Telecommunication services in line with the Zimbabwe national communication policies
